My friends...

I am grateful to have friends like Abraham, Bashar and Elan.  Their messages of love and empowerment are simply amazing. I adore them!

They say....we (each one of us) create our own reality.

So let me see if I can articulate that....

The world we live in is uniquely our own. We manifest in the earth through the womb into an environment of our choosing so that we can play.  We cut off our eternal memory (most of us) so that we forget our eternal and all-powerful nature.

We enter into a themed environment and make our way... in ignorance... through childhood into adulthood.  Our body is like an avatar character in a game that we have created.  We set the rules and the parameters and the timelines.  We determine what characters we will meet and wing it, but we give ourselves keys, and free cards and set up reminders along the way when things get too murky and we feel entrapped.

When I was a child I remembered that I was eternal and was on a path.  I was always happy and centered.  When times seemed troubled or painful I endured it, but the moment the trouble or pain was gone, I returned to my blissful imaginative self.  Imagination was truly my personal friend.

I was blissful for years know that at the core of my being I was happy.  However, in recent years, I lost touch with that joy.  Depression has been my experience.

Part of it has been a role that I have been playing.  This role has caused me to feel dependent financially on another person.  As an adult I have been financially independent for most of the time, this recent stay at home role has not proved beneficial or fun. Therefore I remembered an ancient remedy and am now engaging in a discipline.  It is amazing how itis transforming me back into my old joyful, creative self.
